Run Athletics dropped like a bomb in the sneaker community last year, fronted by non other than Run of RUN DMC fame and backed by Russel Simmons the shoes put out thrives on innovation, limited runs and special editions to make the sickest hardest-to-find neckbreakers around.
This is the latest release, a very limited run of the Legacy model, for this one, artist Jamie Hewlett was given free hands on the whole design and packageing (you may know Hewlett as the artist responsible for all the Gorillaz artwortk and creative direction, as well as the man behind one of the most ground breaking comics of the 90:s - Tank Girl). The shoes features Hewletts artwork on the premium leather uppers and heel, embossed green logo sole, leather cushioned insole. Comes with special Hewlett designed shoebox featuring the "zombie" graphics. VERY limited run/supply on this one!
